HOPS (Loose, Compressed and Pellet Form

All of our hops are of the best quality. We take special care to see that you get nothing but the finest hops that money can buy. They come to you packaged in oxygen barrier bags. Our pelletized hops have a handy zip lock bag feature for re-closing the bag.

SPALT PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha is Approximately 3%. Excellent aroma with a very light smooth bittering effect. Good for lighter bodied beers. Where a delicate hoppiness is needed.

TETTNANGER PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 4%. One of the finest fragrant hops in the world. Delicate light to moderate bittering. A must for prizewinning light lagers and ales.

SAAZ PELLETIZED HOPS:
Czechoslovakian. Approximately 3.5%. Very mild spicy aroma. Quite desirable for light Ales and Lagers.

HALLERTAU PELLETIZED HOPS:
German. Alpha approximately 3.5%. An excellent choice for Lagers and Stouts. Good aroma and flavor.

CASCADE PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 5%. Excellent all purpose hops. Nice flavor and aroma. Not too bitter with lots of hop aroma. Similar to Hallertaur and Saaz, with a bit more bittering.

FUGGLES PELLETIZED HOPS:
(English Williamette) Alpha approximately 5.0%. Nice aromatic. Use these for English style ales.

CLUSTER PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 7%. Moderately bitter, with a good hoppy aroma. Used by many breweries.

PERLE PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 7%. Pleasant pungent aroma with moderate full flavor bitterness. Nice for malty darks.

NORTHERN BREWER PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 8%. Clean bittering character with a distinctive taste. Used in Anchor's Steam Beer. Commonly used in German Ales and Lagers. Used primarily as a bittering hops.

BREWERS BLEND PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 8.5%. Pleasant Aroma and moderately bitter. Suitable for Regular American beers.

CENTENNIAL PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 9%. An even balance between aroma and flavor. Well suited for heavy bodied beers with lots of flavor.

BULLIONS PELLETIZED HOPS:
Strong bittering hops. Alpha about 10%. Strong aroma. Well suited for use in Stouts.

GALENA PELLETIZED HOPS:
Alpha approximately 11.5%. Hearty bitterness, with a robust beer fragrance. Suited for double bocks and other heavy beers.

CHINOOK PELLETIZED HOPS:
Very bitter. Alpha about 12%. Traditional American variety used mostly for bittering by large breweries.

AROMATIC HOP OIL:
by Munton and Fison. A non-bittering, sterile hop oil that replaces the hop bouquet that is lost during fermentation. Add to beer at bottling time. Vial is adequate for 6 U.S. gallons. The Hop Oil is suspended in an alcohol base.

VIERKA INSTANT CONCENTRATED GERMAN HALLERTAUER HOPS:
These are concentrated hops imported from Germany. 1/4 Oz. package, enough for 5 gallons or more of beer.

FINISHING HOPS:
These are for dry hopping. They are aromatic hops in a loose leaf form. Use to create fragrance.

HOP BAGS:
A stretch type cloth bag that is ideal for boiling your hops in. Can also be used when dry hopping.

NYLON HOP BAGS:
Small coarse knit nylon bag with a draw string. Used for boiling your hops. It is reusable.

CASCADE HOPS:
Stemmed loose hops. Alpha approximately 5%. Excellent all-purpose hops. Excellent floral flavor and aroma. Not too bitter and lots of aroma. Similar to Saaz and Hallertaur, with a bit more bittering. Hops are moderately compressed. Then they are shrink wrapped and also put in Oxygen barrier bags to protect their freshness.

Stemmed loose hops. Alpha approximately 7%. Fairly bitter with a good aroma. Used by many breweries. Hops are moderately compressed. Then they are shrink wrapped and also put in Oxygen barrier bags to protect their freshness.

BREWERS GOLD HOPS:
Stemmed loose hops. Alpha approximately 8%. Robustly bitter, but still aromatic. Hops are moderately compressed. Then they are shrink wrapped and also put in Oxygen barrier bags to protect their freshness.

BULLIONS HOPS:
Stemmed loose hops. Alpha approximately 10%. Heavy hop flavor. Hops are moderately compressed. Then they are shrink wrapped and also put in Oxygen barrier bags to protect their freshness.

BEST QUALITY WEST COAST HOPS:
These brand name hops have been sold world wide for manyears. They are stemmed loose hops that are moderately compressed in one-quarter pound blocks and shrink wrapped to protect their freshness.
