 These concentrates are packed in 46 fluid ounce cans for making five gallons of wine. The recipe gives 3 different variations: Use 1 can for a light bodied early maturing wine. Use 2 cans for a medium bodied wine. Use 3 cans for an extra heavy bodied country style wine (the heavy bodied wine should mature at least a year for full benefit.
